Susannah has many years’ experience in the catering industry, both in the private and public sectors, and offers an outstanding service for large functions or intimate dining experiences. She has a BSC (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management and an Advanced Hygiene Certificate, and is supported by a highly professional, hand-picked team.

Susannah’s range of skills and imaginative menus will ensure you will enjoy an experience not to be forgotten.
